The Steps to Joining Us
From your first click to your first day
Apply Online
Submit your application through our Careers Page by filling out the form and uploading your CV.
Initial Review
Our Recruitment Team will review your application to assess your experience, qualifications, and skills. If your background matches the role, we’ll get in touch to discuss your application further.
Recruitment Call
A member of our dedicated recruitment team will contact you to learn more about your experience, motivation, and availability. We’ll also provide more details about the role and next steps.
Face-to-Face Interview
Once successful, you’ll be invited into one of our homes or HQ to meet the team face-to-face. You will meet our fantastic team, managers and recruitment rep who will navigate this journey with you from start to onboarding.
During this step you will:
• Learn more about the role and expectations.
• Ask questions about the home and team.
• Showcase your suitability and meet your potential manager in person.Feedback
After your interview, you’ll receive feedback within 24–48 hours.If you’re successful, we’ll proceed with the next stage.
Onboarding process
Congratulations!Before joining your home, you’ll begin Your Start with Silver Birch — completing pre-employment checks and taking part in our group induction to get to know our values, our people, and what makes Silver Birch Care special.
